Long-term Rental

With the Long-Term Rental package, LeasePlan provides the client with the necessary fleet of vehicles for a period of between a minimum of 12 months and a maximum of 60 months. Payment is via a monthly fee, which is determined on the basis of the models of the vehicles selected, the annual mileage and the duration of the contract.
Indeed, there are several Long-Term Rental packages on offer – all of which free up the client from having to dedicate any time to the operational or administrative management of its fleet of vehicles – including Easy Plan, for companies with a small-scale fleet, and Comfort Plan, which is aimed at companies with mid-sized fleets. In addition, for companies that want the most flexible, transparent package possible, there is Partner Plan. This package, based on a free, open system called Open Calculation, gives the client full visibility of the real costs of managing its fleet in order to ensure these match the budgeted overheads.

Fleet Management Package

Even if you already have your own vehicle fleet, you can still access LeasePlan services and, in the process, benefit from the discount pricing reserved for us by our suppliers. By selecting the Fleet Management Package, you retain ownership over your vehicle fleet, but you entrust the running of the fleet to a leading fleet management specialist that has dealt with more than 1 million vehicles. LeasePlan allows you to choose freely which services you would like to include in the contract, thus providing you with a highly customised service.
The fixed monthly fee is calculated both on the basis of the duration of the contract and the number of miles included and on the basis of the services selected.
The Fleet Management Package is the ideal solution for those companies that want to enter into the world of long-term leasing one step at a time, while still retaining ownership over their own fleets.

Lease Back

The Lease Back Package offers the company that already owns its own fleet the possibility to sell it to LeasePlan, which will then re-lease the fleet to the company along the lines of the Long-Term Rental Package, with all of the same benefits. Moreover, when the fleet is re-leased, the company will have the opportunity to expand and upgrade the fleet by choosing new vehicles.
