Linea Diretta is the consulting, sales and service assistance unit of LeasePlan, dedicated to small and medium-sized companies and to the world of VAT, as a guarantee of a service based on speed, on close working relationships, flexibility and, of course, maximum efficiency.

Our dedicated structure is composed of 12 commercial sales representatives and a Web & Telesales Manager. In 2010 we handled nearly 2,000 customers, with a total of about 4,000 cars on the road.

How do we manage to ensure optimal levels of service? Through a telephone and innovative web conferencing advisory service, managed by the best professionals available, to provide customers with whatever support they need to decide on the vehicle and choose the best features of rental for their specific occupation.
