Fleet invoicing

The web service for electronic billing and transmission of financial documents is available to all our customers and is aimed particularly at organizational accounting structures.

With a view to developing new solutions aimed at improving the quality of services and simplifying the daily work of those at client companies who interact with us in various ways, we have created FleetInvoicing : the service which provides online access to company financial documentation, to file it electronically or download it directly to your computer.

The creation of an information system which would make the process billing flexible and dynamic resulting from the multiplicity of services that revolve around each vehicle (monthly fees, fines, fuel supplies, pre leasing and end of contract adjustments) was necessary in order to simultaneously achieve two important goals: processing flexibility and timely issue of the invoice document.
