LeasePlan Fleet Balance is a solution that aims to help the fleet manager to achieve the right balance between control of costs, customer satisfaction and sustainable and ecological development and ecological of the environment.

Full Outsourcing

Always at the forefront in offering innovative services and solutions for any type of customer, we were among the first companies in the field of fleet management to offer full-Outsourcing, which now counts among its loyal and faithful customers, more than 30 corporate groups and operates 5,000 vehicles.

Full service outsourcing is recommended for enterprises with a fleet of medium-large scale, in which the activities of the fleet manager can be particularly challenging.

With the ultimate goal of unlocking the resources needed for the development of what constitutes the real business activities of the Client, the Full Outsourcing offer allows clients to entrust the daily management of the fleet to experienced professionals, with the result of simplifying processes and reducing transaction costs. We provide customers with a dedicated operator as the single point of contact for all drivers. In this way, the Fleet Manager maintains control of the service activities and the definition of the mobility strategy, without being involved in operational activities such as, for example, daily interaction with drivers and the supplier.

Car Policy Advice

For us at LeasePlan, the customer is at the centre of everything. Our main objective is to understand what their needs are and to solve problems related to the management of their fleet. This is why our professionals begin to collaborate with the customer from the start, carrying out an analysis of their mobility requirements, by comparing them with best practices in the industry sector of reference, reaching an agreement on the best possible car policy. All this is achieved through the alignment with the fleet strategy and the achievement of agreed targets.

Savings Accelerator addresses one of the greatest challenges for our customers with a large car fleet to manage: cost containment.

It is an effective and structured approach, useful to identify opportunities for the client to reduce the direct costs generated by the life cycle of the car fleet (TCO).

The consultative approach of our Savings Accelerator aims to demonstrate that lowering the TCO is much more important than getting a budget price in advance. The analysis regarding cost reduction opportunities is supported by reliable methods of calculating and tracking mechanisms that show all the steps included in the advisory process, used to generate cost savings for our customers.

Implant

The dedicated Implant service addresses the need for support and advice for companies with large fleets, through the presence of our representatives at the headquarters of the customer.

The Implant service provides maximum customization, care and knowledge of the needs of each of its clients. It takes responsibility for all operational requirements, administrative and advisory, otherwise in the hands of the company, which can, instead, rightly focus on real business activities.

Acquisition and Development

In perfect harmony with the willingness of LeasePlan to guarantee customers the best professionals in each moment of the partnership, from the start we put a skilled counselor at their disposal who will examine the needs of the company's fleet, to identify the most appropriate response to mobility. At the second stage, once the contract is agreed, we take care to give our customers a dedicated sales representative, experienced in management and enforcement of contract terms, who will perform the specific task of ensuring effective and optimal implementation of each solution, studied specially for that customer.
