The Legislative Decree of 8 June 2001 No. 231 introduced into Italian law, in accordance with the provisions of the European Union, a new responsibility (referred to as "administrative"), containing details of major penalties to be paid by institutions, legal persons and companies, from the commission or attempted commission of certain offenses in the interest or to the advantage of the institution itself.

LeasePlan Italy SpA, in compliance with Legislative Decree 231/01 and in line with its corporate culture and values of enterprise, has adopted a Code of Ethics and a Model of Organization and Management, to prevent the risk of commission of the offense within the company and formed a body with powers of initiative and control (Supervisory and Control), with the prime task of supervising the operation and updating the Model.

Our Code of Ethics outlines the ethical and social responsibilities assumed by all those who work on behalf of LeasePlan Italy SpA both inside and outside the organization.
